This is an extremely versatile and compact cooking appliance, taking up less than half the space of most of its competitors, is ideal to use when fitted in your “Tunnel Boot” on one of our Swivel Slides! Yes it fits with space to spare. With our optional Cooking Rack it can be used either as a barbecue, a cooktop or oven. The Sizzler Deluxe High Lid comes standard with a solid stainless steel hot plate, flame failure device fitted to each burner and will cook for 4-6 people.

The Baking dish is made from stainless steel.

Utensil Tray

  • The BBQ Utensil Tray clips onto the front of your BBQ as shown.
  • It is ideal for storing your utensils or condiments while cooking and prevents any excess spatter on your boat.
  • Made from 316 stainless steel.
  • Suits Sizzler, Galleymate 1100, Galleymate 1500 and Galleymate 2000 models

Cooking Rack (Suits Sizzler and GM1100 only)

The Cooking Rack fits directly over the top of the burners, giving close contact with the heat. By removing the hotplate and inserting the Cooking Rack, the barbecue becomes a Stove-top or an Oven. The Cooking Rack turns your barbecue into a Stove-top or an Oven. A standard size frying pan will fit comfortably on the optional Cooking Rack alongside a small pot or saucepan. By using only the front burner, and closing the lid, you can use it as an oven, which will cook your food in around the same time as your home oven. The Cooking Rack sits down low above the burners to allow maximum heat efficiency and economical use of gas.

Quick Release Swivel Slide

  • Swivel Slide – Slide in and out lengthways and swivel barbecue around. For the more narrow spaces.
  • Slide Size – Height: 95mm, Width: 345mm, Depth: 465mm.
  • Barbecue sits up 60mm from the bottom of the slide.
  • The barbecue can easily be removed from the slide by simply loosening the securing knob.

Straight Low Profile Slide

  • Straight Slide System – Slide straight out and you are ready to start barbecuing.
  • Space required approx. – Height: 50mm, Width: 555mm, Depth: 530mm.
  • Barbecue sits up 15mm from the bottom of the slide.
    • The barbecue can easily be removed from the slide by simply loosening the securing knob.

Quick Release Straight Slide

  • Quick Release Straight Slide System – Slide straight out and you are ready to start barbecuing.
  • Allows detaching barbecue to be simple and easy.
  • Space required approx. – Height: 95mm, Width: 470mm, Depth: 470mm.
  • Barbecue sits 60mm from bottom of slide.
  • The barbecue can easily be removed from the slide by simply loosening the securing knob.

Regulator For Disposable Gas Bottles

This regulator enables you to use the green Coleman small disposable gas bottles (inset image – disposable gas bottle not included). This is a handy option, even as a backup in case your tank runs out. These bottles will cook about 5 barbecues. Safe and saves having a large tank on board.

 

 

Bayonet Hose - 3 metre

Hose for use when your van or RV is equipped with an integrated gas system and has the female bayonet fitting available.
